It is no secret I am a die-hard fascia blaster sister. And today, I am happy to report a new health update that was possible because of the small fascia blaster tools.
As many of you know, I have been walking through my health journey of Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia for over a decade. I am on what they call combination therapy of oral meds and monthly infusions of a biologic drug.
In hopes to help and encourage others, Andre and I have been transparent about sharing our health journey. Sharing what has worked for us, including natural remedies (plant-based diet, music therapy, fascia blasting, etc.) with our medicine.
But today, I am excited to share a long waited praise report that has been on my vision board for some time.
Power Of The Small Fascia Blaster Tools
If you have been following us on social media, you know I’ve been fighting an infection for the last year and a half. I had a root canal that turned into a bone infection that led to multiple other infections. It was the most difficult year of my life and I was not okay.
As a result of having active infections, that meant I had to pause my monthly infusions. Since my doctors knew that fascia blasting played a big part of my health journey, they gave me permission to continue blasting. However, very lightly.
I appreciated their willingness to allow me to implement every resource to maintain my success, with being muscle and joint ache free since I started fascia blasting in 2016. Therefore, since I was instructed to fascia blast very lightly, I decided durning the pause of infusions, I would only use my my small fascia blaster tools.
Last week, when I met with my doctor, she recognized, that I have gone almost a year and a half without my monthly infusions. She was surprised with the stress my body was under that I didn’t go into a flare.
Then she said; I think your body is telling us, for now, you don’t need to go back on the monthly infusions. So keep doing what you’re doing!
Can we say GLORY TO GOD?!
God Has The Final Say
Although I was told, oral meds and monthly infusions would be my treatment to RA for life, God always has the final say!
Why is this a big deal?
Because for 11 years, I went in for monthly biologic infusions. Every month when I would go in and see the older women getting their treatments, I would think to myself, this cannot be my life?
I do not want to be; 60, 70, or 80 years old getting these treatments.
Seeing myself in remission has been on my vision board for years. And although I am not in remission (yet), I rejoice at this big victory to no longer need to get those biologic infusions.
What made the difference? Well, I credit this to God and my fascia blasters. While fighting the infections, I continued to fascia blast with only my small fascia blaster tools.
How To Use the Small Fascia Blaster Tools
My fascia blasting looked different than what I was used to because I did not have enough energy to blast with my larger claw tools. Not because I was in pain but because the antibiotics I was on made me extremely fatigue and weak.
In fact, there were days Andre blasted me because I was too weak. But the secret weapon here is that I only used the small claw fascia blaster tools.
With that said, those wondering which small fascia blaster tools I used and how I used them, I posted a video to show you how.
Small Fascia Blaster Tools
Face Blaster – If you could only get one blaster, this would be it! You can blast your entire body with the face blaster, and its approved for your face!
OMG Blaster – I love the different tools with this set – it came in handy for me in this season, as mentioned in the video.
Pro Blaster – this blaster fits in the palm of your hand comfortably with having the medical grade silicone backing.
Master Blaster – my favorite blaster to blast my traps.
Brush & Blast – I love this blaster when purchased as a set with the brush boosters. I take the brush boosters out to make the blaster lighter! And I use the brush booster to help with lymphatic drainage.
Mini Paddle Blaster – Nice hand held that covers a lot of area. The flusher is my favorite feature of this blaster.
Paddle Blaster – this is big one, but it covers so much area!
In the End
Who knew that having an infection would be the catalyst to helping me get off of the monthly infusion. I may not be in full remission, but I continue to wait for it with patience and composure.
“But if we hope for what is still unseen by us, we wait for it with patience and composure.” ~ Romans 8:25 (AMPC)
I am grateful that God has directed the steps of our health journey and led me to fascia blasting. When I started blasting in 2016 with success of being muscle and joint ache free, I prayed for the day I no longer needed infusions.
I hope sharing this post and the video encourages someone on their health journey. So thank you, LOP Community, for rejoicing with me!
