I used to suffer from severe migraines almost daily, but not anymore. When I share how I fascia blast to relieve migraines, the number one question I’m asked is…HOW?
Well, today I’m going to show you my routine.
What Is Fascia Blasting?
If you’re new to our community, I encourage you to read; How Fascia Blasting Has Improved My Quality of Life. You will learn about what fascia blasting is, how fascia affects our health, and how to fascia blast.
Fascia Blasting For Migraine Relief
I started my blasting journey solely for migraine relief. Once I experienced relief from my migraines, I began blasting for pain management. Praise God – I’m now going on four years of being joint-pain free from fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
The standard protocol for fascia blasting no matter why you fascia blast, is to heat the fascia tissue by; exercising, taking hot showers, baths, sitting in a sauna, using a heating pad, or portable heater. Then oil-up and blast with light, brisk strokes on bare skin.
You can blast up and down, diagonal or side-to-side, but never circles.
Most days I follow the standard protocol, unless I feel a migraine coming on. When that happens I just start blasting, and now let me show you how.
My Fascia Blast Routine To Relieve Migraines
Fascia Blaster Tools I Use
Face Blaster: The Face Blaster is my go-to blaster for migraine relief. It’s the perfect prep tool and the only fascia blaster approved for the face.
Master Blaster: The Master Blaster is my preferred tool for blasting my traps.
Mini 2: After I’ve used a smaller claw tool (face blaster and /or master blaster) I will switch to a larger claw tool for a deeper massage. When blasting my chest and arms to reduce migraines, the Mini 2 is easier for me to hold.
A Word of Caution
It’s not necessary to start by using all the fascia tools I use, as my Fascia Blaster collection has evolved over the years. You can start with one tool, and I would recommend the Face Blaster.
Blasting your face is essential for migraine relief. The Face Blaster is the only blaster approved for the face but can also be used all over.
In The End
You don’t have to blast perfectly or pre-heat if you’re short on time. Just start somewhere. Learn what you can but only do what you can. A little blasting is better than no blasting.
